I had some of this Rustoleum Mirror Effect spray paint.on hand for another project that I’ve been trying to do for about 8 months or so and I thought I’d experiment with it a bit and see what happened.. Rust-Oleum 267727 Specialty Mirror Spray, 6-Ounce.
It’s totally not meant for this at all.You’re supposed to spray it on the back side of clear glass to create a mirror-like finish, but I thought the worst that could happen is that it would look terrible and then I would just spray some glossy white over top and everything would be fine.It didn’t look terrible though!
It looked amazing!It looks just as good or, dare I say, better than the store bought silver things and for just pennies!
I had no idea this stuff was so good.. All you need to do is spray 2 VERY thin coats of this stuff on anything, waiting about 5 minutes between coats, and you’ll be set!.
